The projector and screen in the main hall is controlled from the control booth at the rear of the main hall. The key for this is in the main office. Please ensure it's locked and the key returned once finished. You'll find an "up/down" button in the booth on the wall on the right hand side. Pressing "down" will bring the screen down and turn the projector on. At the end of the presentation, press the "up" button to bring the screen up and the projector will automatically turn off.
The main hall lectern has bother an HDMI cable and USB-C docking cable. Connect your usual connector to your laptop and your laptop screen should appear on the large screen. Press the Windows button and P at the same time to change from "Duplicate" to "Extend" mode if required.
There's also a desktop PC in the lectern for visitors to use. You may be required to change the HDMI input on the projector or splitter under the lectern. Please ask IT Support for assistance if you have visitors coming in to use the projector.
