The above error indicates the SIMS server has performed an upgrade, but your device has yet to perform the upgrade.
SIMS upgrades are normally performed automatically after an upgrade to the server. However, if you attempt to run SIMS immediately after logging in and before the upgrade has taken place, you will receive this error.
To force the upgrade immediately on your device, follow the steps below:
1) Click the up arrow near the clock and double click the blue person icon.
2) Click the "applications" tab.
3) Click the "check for update" button.
4) You should be offered to install the latest update - click yes
5) Click the "Deploy now" button
6) After a few minutes, a message will appear saying the update is complete.
